XSA: Membership and Funds Collection drive at XMEC Meet - Mon Jul 27, 2009

Hi All

You must be aware of all the good works that XMEC Social Assist (XSA) has been doing for the last few years. To expand the scope of activities undertaken, we would be starting the membership and funds collection drive for XSA during the XMEC meet at Bangalore on August 1^st.

Manu Sreenivasan, President of XMEC and Batch of 1993 has agreed to inaugurate this and be the first life member of XSA. We would also need all of your encouragement to take the activities to a larger scale. Please come prepared for the XMEC meet to be a life member of XSA or at least take up the annual membership. The membership fees for XSA have been decided as below:

• Life Membership: Rs 5,000/-
• Annual Membership: Rs 500/-

You are free to contribute without being a member also. Payments are accepted as cash / cheques

Sanish (9880042310) and Nirmal (9446575475) from XSA would be present during the meet to collect the application form and your contributions

Please also feel free to contribute with your suggestions and feedback during the Hour Glass program during the meet

For others, who are not present during the XMEC meet, we would start the membership drive from next week. We will send you the application form and the details on how to make the payment on Monday, August 3rd
