Diwali Wishes from the XSA team. May this festival bring you and your family
health, wealth and success.
It is the time of the year for the alumni to come
together for the biggest fund raising till date for the scholarships. Last
year, we gave scholarships worth of Rs. 6,50,000/- to 26
students. This year the number of awardees will be 28. We will require a sum of
Rs. 7,00,000/- for the scholarships. Once again, with your support, we
are confident of raising this amount without much of a difficulty
To repeat, the salient points on
the scholarship are:
- The students who were
offered scholarship last year would continue to get the same in the
current year (subject to them passing all the exams till date)
- The new students would be selected from the 2nd
year batch
- The quantum of the scholarship is Rs
25,000/- for each student (28 Nos)
- The scholarship would be given annually
till completion of course (subject to passing of all exams)
- The guidelines for student selection would be
determined between XSA and the college
